Her Excellency Ambassador (Dr) Pauline Long is a recipient of AUGP Nobel Peace Prize. She is widely regarded as one of the most outstanding women in the UK. She is also one of Europe’s most powerful women. She is a recipient of 3 honorary doctorates, 5 international lifetime achievement awards and over 160 community and global awards. She is a Kenyan-born UK-based serial entrepreneur, peace activist, philanthropist, fashion designer, mentor, media mogul, public speaker, writer, music video director, filmmaker, TV and radio presenter. Dr Pauline has been crowned the most celebrated African woman in the UK in 2014 and also named African-Caribbean Woman of the year.

Dr Pauline is a Patron and Ambassador of Melqosh Mission, a charity supporting amputees in Sierra Leone. She heads the business affairs of “East End Studios”, her family business, existing as one of London’s biggest independently owned film and TV studios and home to TV commercials and music videos for UK’s and US biggest mainstream stars like Professor Green, Chipmunk, Wretch 32, Skepta, Chip, Stormzy, Wiley, Starboy Nathan, Kelis, Azealia Banks, Radiohead, Olly Mars etc. She offers  doors of opportunities, especially for unsigned talented artists whom she personally supports and mentors. She is also a fashion designer and owner of “Pauline Long Collection”, a fashion line located in London. She is a fashion columnist on Europe’s biggest African-Caribbean newspaper “The Afro News”.

She is founder of Europe’s biggest award ceremony for black and ethnic personalities in entertainment, film, fashion, television, arts, sports and leadership (BEFFTA), which celebrates and promotes the achievements of very talented, hard-working and accomplished people within the African community, who are often underrated in the world of entertainment, filmmaking, fashion, media, arts, sports and leadership. Recipients cuts across USA, Canada, the Caribbean and countries of Africa. In the list of some high-profile personalities honoured at BEFFTA Awards, include the Jackson brothers, Quincy Jones, veteran broadcaster Sir Trevor McDonald OBE, Sir Lenny Henry, Waris Hussein of BBC, Tyler Perry, Nollywood actress Omotola Jalade Ekeinde, Nasheed Mohamed and many more. A wonderful mother and wife, Dr Pauline’s huge passion for giving back to children and the youth has led her to establish the “Mr. and Miss East Africa UK”, aimed to encourage entrepreneurship among East Africans in the UK, through pageants, while working closely with their counterpart (East African) children’s charities.

She has also been honoured in UK Parliament as one of 100 most outstanding Africans in the United Kingdom. As a renowned peace activist, she is a brand ambassador of “The House Of Common Nelson Mandela Book of Tribute”, a project of the UK Parliament. With a huge ambition in politics, Dr Pauline Long is the Vice-Chair of “Forum for African, Caribbean and Asian Women in Politics (FAWP)”. She is the CEO and President of Pauline Long Entrepreneurship Foundation, an NGO which provides business supports to woman in rural parts of Africa and offers scholarships to poor students in Africa. The foundation is currently supporting women and youths in Zambia, Congo, Malawi and Kenya. Ambassador Dr Pauline is the convener/host of Global Africa Women’s Week and the global Chairperson of “Ladies Of All Nations International (LOANI)”, a multicultural organization of women covering 70 countries and empowering themselves to succeed in business.

She is also the Chairperson for East African European Convention. She is a peace ambassador for Universal Peace Federation. She is a high-profile member of the Advisory Executive Council at Women Economic Forum (WEF). Dr Pauline’s positive role-modelling in different career sectors has also earned her various African Recognitions, Honours and Heroic Awards, alongside Her Excellency, Joyce Banda, former President of Malawi. She is the founder of “Pauline Long Empowerment and Mentorship Club”, where she pairs mentors with mentees for business mentoring and entrepreneurial development, particularly teens and youths.


Dr.Pauline runs an award-winning daytime global “TV Talk Show” on BEN Television London, tagged “The Pauline Long Show”, featuring in the UK on “SKY CHANNEL 175” and also streaming live. The “Pauline Long Show” is a media platform that promotes “discourse” on community projects and good causes.

She is a patron of “Dublin African Film Festival”. She is also an ambassador for “African Youth Achievers Awards” and “UK-Kenyan Achievers Awards”. She is a patron of the Voice of Hope Women Foundation, global ambassador for “Global Visionary Women Network” and “Migrant Disability Network”. Dr Pauline is a patron of the International Disabled Foundation of Sierra Leone. She is also the face and ambassador for “Project Embrace – I am Enough”, a British National Billboard Campaign – it is a campaign encouraging black youths to embrace their natural beauty. She is a Brand Ambassador for International Women Of Power Organization. She is currently working with various charities to support the Internally Displaced Persons in Nigeria and other parts of Africa by helping with access to good education, food and medicines.
