She is the Founder/CEO of Staci Smith Strategic Services Inc; a non-profit development, grant writing and fundraising consultancy firm based in Arizona, USA; Staci is an experienced grant writer and member of American Grant Writers Association. She is also a top consultant at the Association of Fundraising Professionals USA, the largest network and umbrella membership organization of America’s professional fundraisers.

Staci Smith holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and Political Science from the University of Arizona, as well as a Master’s degree in Comparative Literature. She has more than 20 years of experience in the development of non-profit and non-governmental organizations, grant writing and donor fundraising. Over the years, Staci had raised huge funds to support non-profit and non-governmental organizations in tackling global human needs and challenges, including HIV/AIDS, Food Insecurity, Extreme Poverty, Water, Mental Health, Sanitation and Hygiene, Human Trafficking, Poor Nutrition, Maternal and Child Health among others. She has been an annual presenter at the SAFE Coalition for Human Rights International Conference since 2016. She had worked as a Consultant to the Tanzanian Government and as a grant writer and donor fundraiser for several NGOs across America in raising and accessing funds for humanitarian projects. Staci works with a large network of donors, including philanthropic individuals, foundations, charities, corporations, major donors, government funding sources and other funding streams. Staci’s specialty includes, donor list development, grants management, donor fundraising and event planning, solicitation of donor-funding and sponsorships, concept note development, grant writing, grant sourcing and research, project survey, budgeting and action plan development.
